Shipping Policy

Hey, Goddess! We’ve got your back every step of the way. Here’s everything you need to know about your order:

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we’ll get to work processing it within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email from us when we’ve got your order all set. Then, keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping notification, and we’ll let you know when it’s on its way!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number, so you can check in on its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear, as it sometimes takes a moment to update.

Need Help with Your Order? 

If it’s been 7 days since your shipping confirmation and you haven’t received your order yet, no worries! Just reach out to us at hey@goddessenergy.co with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you. We’re here to make sure you get what you need!

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We don’t offer refunds, but if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, we’re happy to help! Just contact us at hey@goddessenergy.co with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
